Fence Posts and Accessories , ideal for humid and
heavily salt laden, corrosive invironments

locations. A high quality thick film, Poly
Vinyl Chloride resin coating system designed for
application to galvanised steel
substrates. The applied coating
incorporates a sophisticated pre-treatment
process which designed to provide a tenacious
bond protecting the substrate from
corrosion, at the same time providing
aesthetic appeal. PVC coatings demonstrate
excellent weathering resistance including
chalking particularly in exposed conditions.used

Super
Durable Industrial Polyester
(SDIP) is a high
performance thermosetting polymeric barrier
coating designed to protect metallic substrates
exposed to extreme climatic conditions. UV
resistance is 300% greater than standard
polyester powder coatings. SDIP is
available in a complete range of colours in a
choice of matt or gloss finish.
Typical applications
have included protection of
cable management systems, struts, hanging
systems, steel and aluminium sections. Its
thin film characteristics and excellent wrap
capabilities make it ideal an ideal choice for
applying to thin section metal components where
sharp edges and corners require
coverage.
To be fully
effective, it is crucial that SDIP is only
applied over a pretreated substrate in order
to ensure total adhesion. S3C can

Hybrid
Durable Industrial Powder (HDIP)
coating is particularly suited
for protecting metallic components where
exposure to high levels of UV can be
expected. HDIP's excellent performance as
self adhesive thermoplastic polymeric
barrier coating can withstand extremely hot
and humid atmospheres. Because of its
crystalline structure, HDIP is not susceptible
to environmental stress cracking, resists
air-borne pollutants and has an excellent
resistance to organic solvents and chemicals at
room temperature. It provides excellent
electrical insulations.
Typical applications
have included protection of galvanised cable

PVDF, PVF2,
(Polyvinylidene Difluoride) the ultimate coating for
aluminium claddings, curtain walling, etc.
PVDF is a high performance, durable
architechtural flouropolymer coating. A
thermopastic polymeric barrier coating designed
to protect aluminium substrates exposed to
extreme climatic conditions. The combined
pigmentation and formulation provides long
lasting beauty, durability and excellent film
flexibility. A multi-stage chromate
pre-treament ensures optimum coating
performance. under all environment
conditons.
PVDF is extremely
resistant to chalking, ultraviolet deterioration
and colourfastness. It meets or even
exceeds * AAMA 605:2 covering high
performance organic coatings on architectural
aluminium extrusions, panels and components
where exposure to high levels of UV, salt spray,
high humidity, acid rain, industrial pollutants
and high wind levels can be expected. Its
thin film characteristics and excellent wrap
capabilities make it an ideal choice where sharp
edges and corners require coverage.

Super Durable Architectural Polyester (SDAP) A
premium quality Architectural Polyester Coating
for aluminium extrusions, sheets,castings,
curtain curtain wallings, residential windows
and doors, office and light commercial
buildings, partition framings, display
equipment, exterior and interior claddings,
coping and soffits, louvers and many more.
SDAP is resistant to
chalking, fading and with high level resistance
to UV. It is used in less critical areas as
compared to PVDF. |

| Standard Polyester for
aluminium claddings, curtain walling, etc., is
moderately resistant to chalking, fading, UV.
Preferable for indoor use but can be used out of
doors if required. |

Duraline & Duracoat
coatings are composite
ceramic/fluoropolymer coatings of the
DURABOLTTM family,
with the same corrosion-resistant
characteristics and are ideally suited for
extending the life of the material in harsh and
hostile environments.
Applications have
included down well pipes for irrigation, oil
recovery, water injection, waste water treatment
plants as well as fluid handling devices,
valves, shafts and threaded components where
close tolerances and wear resistance are
critical.
Duraline &
Duracoat are cost effective coatings designed to
significantly extend the lifespan of high value
capital equipment and/or to reduce costs of
maintenance and repair. |

| Fusion
Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBE) are thermosetting barrier coatings
with excellent resistance against chemical and
environmental corrosion. Areas of application
include internal and external coating of
pipelines, fittings, valves, chemical storage or
process vessels, rebar wire mesh, etc. FBE
coatings are highly effective in buried or
submerged conditions. FBE is commonly used in
conjunction with a cathodic protection system to
increase efficiency and significantly reduce the
cost. The coatings can be done as per Aramco
specifications 09-SAMSS-089 (External FBE
coating) / 09-SAMSS-091 (Internal FBE
Coating).
