Fluoropolymer Lined Pipe Work

S3C manufacture and supply a complete range of Fluoropolymer lined steel pipework products using PP, PTFE and PVDF materials (including Anti Static variants). These materials ensure corrosion & chemical protection to the steel pipe work transfer system even the most hazardous chemical handling situations.

This manufacturing service is further enhanced through S3C's partnership agreement with Fluorocarbon Ltd. of United Kingdom.

Polymer Lined Pipelines

S3C is currently working with international companies to offer field lining of pipelines for transporting water, oil or gas by the insertion of a slightly larger outside diameter inert material liner made from PE, PA, or XPE into the pipeline. When the process is completed the liner fits tightly against the inner wall of the host pipe and has negligible effect on the fluid flow characteristics. The liner allows the rehabilitation of existing pipelines or the downgrading of material specification for pipelines with diameters from 100mm to 1,200mm and in sections of up to 1 km.

HDPE Pipeline

Through a number of local partners S3C offers a design, manufacture and installation service for a range of HDPE pipework in sizes 400mm to 3600mm diameter. With its low contaminationfactor and increased service life HDPE pipe work offers significant benefits over traditional materials for the transfer of water and drainage systems.

PVDF Pipe Work

When there is a requirement for high purity transfer lines or to transfer aggressive chemicals in laboratory environments, S3C can offer complete range of pipework and fittings.

Coated Pipe Work

Using S3C's extensive application knowledge and coating material supplier network, we can offer pipework coated in a wide variety of materials such as FBE, PVC, Epoxy, Polyester, PTFE, PPA to meet the requirements of most customer specifications.

Engineering & Design Services

We work closely with our clients to establish the root cause, identify potential solutions to their specific process requirements and establish a unique solution. Our design and Technical Team have access to a substantial technical database to enable them to identify the best materials and then design, manufacture and install.
