Electrical Insulation

The company supplies a range of electrical insulation products such as extruded sleeve, coated bus bar or insulating boots. Materials can specifically chosen to suit individual customer applications. Insulating boots can be namufactured either from standard designs or custom manufactured to match a particular layout where our engineers will visit the site, create a CAD drawing and produce a insulating boot.

Chemical Resistance

By using a mixture of Isostatic, compression and injection moulding, S3C and its partners offer a wide range of intricate and contoured shaped components which are extremely corrosion resistant. Using this method of manufacture dramatically reduces the final cost of high quality, large and complex designs as it removes the need of extensive machining and fabrication.

Custom Design

Our design and technical team have access to substantial technical database which allows S3C to identify the best materials for specific process applications. With our in-house manufacturing and links to international suppliers whatever the problem S3C can identify a solution and supply the required manufactured components.

Polymer Isolation

S3C manufacture and supply a range of polymer products utilizing PTFE, PE, PP and PVDF materials (including anti-static variants) to reduce bimetallic corrosion and reduce cathodic protection losses on pipelines.

Safety Equipment

The company supplies a wide range of non metallic safety and protection systems for use in harsh environments. These include grating systems, guard rails, protective covers and access systems. All of these can be specifically designed to suit individual customer applications.

Plastic Components

Plastic end caps and similar components can be made in any shape or size. S3C's technical team can take actual measuremenrs to fabricate moulds to suit your specific requirements. In addition, they are fire retardant, oil resistant, flexible and available in a variety of colours.

Slide Bearing Plates

Fluoroglide®slide bearings from our partner Fluorocarbon Ltd. are superior to conventional expansion plates, rollers and rocker arms, accommodating expansion, contraction and other reciprocating motions of any structure that moves as a result of thermal, seismic or differential forces. Such bearings operate at high loads and low speeds, and it is under these conditions that the self-lubricating properties of PTFE are at a maximum.
