Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC Industrial Coatings)
A high quality resin coating system applied on a wide range of substrates; steel, aluminum and galvanized steel. These coatings have excellent UV stability and resistance to air-borne pollutants and chemicals at room temperature. They are designed for extreme climatic exposures especially in wet and humid conditions and provide excellent electrical insulation. A heavy coating film thickness of up to 1 mm is possible.

Super Durable Polyester
Formulated to provide corrosion protection on metallic substrates expossed to extreme climatic conditions, the UV resistance is 300% greater than standard polyesters. Coating can also be applied to aluminum, steel and galvanized substrates in areas of high humidity, coastal areas, petrochemical & down-stream industries, power plants, desalination plants. Typical applications include cable trays and ladders, raceways, struts and hanging systems and structural steel sections.

Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBE)
FBE is a thermosetting barrier coating with excellent resistance against chemical and environmental corrosion. Areas of application include internal and external coating of pipelines, fittings, valves, chemical storage or process vessels, rebar wire mesh, fasteners, etc. FBE coatings are highly effective in buried or submerged conditions. FBE is commonly used in conjuction with cathodic protection system to increase efficiency and significantly reduce cost.

DURABOLT Coated Fastener Systems
The most effective, corrosion resistant and maintenance-free method of joining flanged pipes, fittings, building structures, gantries, platforms, etc. DURABOLT fasteners are designed to offer protection against the most severe corrosive environments, offshore, on-shore, sub-marine, sub-surface, extreme temperature, etc. The topcoat's low-coefficient of friction and the corrosion resistance of the base coat ensures easy removalof fasteners and an increased life span, thus saving on expensive downtime and maintenance. The DURABOLT coating allows the use of standard steel bolts in environments where more costly and exotic materials would normally be specified.
Different grades of DURABOLT can be supplied for diverse working temperatures, permitting operative temperature from (-) 40° to 871° Celcius.

FluoroPolymer Coatings
Fluoropolymer coatings can be used on a wide range of materials such as the food industry to provide non stick properties, tool handles to change the surface texture, cutting tools to provide dry film lubricity and can also protect against corrosion. A wide variety of products are approved for food handling applications.
FLUOROBOLT Fastener Coating
A thin film coating designed for fasteners incorporating a two stage PTFE coating system. The first layer is designed to improve the corrosion resistance of the fastener whilst the second further improves the corrosion resistance and provides the threads with dry film lubricity,
Bus Bar Insulation
These coatings are thermosetting epoxy powders specially formulated for electrical insulation applications and produce a uniform high film coating with excellent adhesion, corrosion and chemical resistance. These coatings are primarily used as insulation on aluminum and copper bus bars and other steel barrier materials.
