Piping Systems

Working with our key partner Fluorocarbon, S3C can offer the full range of locally made Fluoropolymer (PP, PTFE, PVDF, HDPE) lined steel pipe work spools plus fittings from stock.

We offer a complete range of PVDF pipe-work and fittings for high purity applications and chemical resistance.

We also work with local manufacturers to supply a complete range of HDPE pipe work ranging form form 32mm to 3.6m diameter.

For pipelines we offer the field installation of non-metallic liners into existing systems systems as either an upgrade for corroded lines or an altenative to more expensive mettalic options.

Coating Applications

S3C has alliances with most world class coating manufacturers which enables us to offer our clients an unlimited choice of coating materials. We also have technical and human resources to apply them.

Electrical Assembly

Working with key partners, S3C can offer a range of customised EEx's and EEx'd certified explosion protected and explosion proof, fully populateed exclosures and control stations.

Our team can also design & manufacture a complete range of marshalling, interface, sampling or special function cabinet and skids.

Contract Services

We also supply and apply Dow Corning's Sylgard HVIC insulator coating system. This offers you a reduction in maintenance down time, and minimal risk of flash over on transmission lines and substations.

We offer design and installation of HDPE gravity flow pipe line systems, ranging form 400mm to above 3.0m diameter.

Utilising our technical partner's extensive experience, we design, manufacture and install fluoropolymer (PP, PTFE, PVDF) lined pipe work.

The contracting team can also upgrade existing pipelines by inserting a polymer liner into the steel pipeline, there are various liner materials deopending on the service of the line.

Our team can also undertake electrical installations, using S3C manufactured materials and procured items or act as project managers for the end client or component suppliers.

Non-metallic Engineering

S3C has alliances with a number of world class manufacturers of non metallic products for a whole range of applications from electrical isolation for bus bars to bi-metallic insulation with our own manufactured plastic components.
